Customers are required to relax, unwind and enjoy new levels of service. Yes, that ‘s right, customers don’t need to move a muscle, as unfortunately, you are not allowed to approach the bar anymore. Simply sit back, press the new table button and let the team serve you.

How to order food & drinks…

On each digital service button, there are four options:

Order Drinks – Press to order a drink from the bar

Order Food – Press when you are ready to order a meal

£ Bill – Press when you would like the bill to be brought to your table

Service – Press if you have a general enquiry, would like additional condiments or would like to speak to a member of our team. When you press a button for service, a member of our team will attend your table as soon as possible.

Please be aware that during busy periods, our team may take a little longer than usual to attend to your call. Be assured, you’re not being ignored, we will get to you as soon as we can.

Occasionally the technology behind our call buttons can fail, just as any WiFi dependant product will do at home. If your call hasn’t been answered please be assured that you’re not being ignored, please see a member of our team who will be able to change your call button with a working replacement.
