  • Housekeeper – The Country Club is looking for high-calibre housekeeping staff to join our team! Part time and full time positions with plenty of shifts available for the right candidate. Early start from 6am. 8-12 hours per week. Full training available. Experience not essential but preferred. Being able to swim is essential. Pool rescue training provided.

Chef & Cook


Chef  – A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Chef. This role will assist the Head Chef and the Sous Chef and will involve delivering food to company standards. Maintaining and rotating stock levels, upholding a high standard of hygiene in both personal and work area and following all food safety procedures. Accommodation can be provided.

 

Cook – This role will assist the Chef in preparing and cooking food items. The ideal candidate will have lots of stamina and enjoys the fast pace of working in a kitchen. You also need to be able to stay calm and work as part of a team during a frenetic service. Accommodation can be provided.

 

Looking to progress your career?


Cooks looking to become a Chef (Full Training Provided) – This is a great opportunity for a talented cook to become a professional chef in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have lots of stamina and enjoys the fast pace of working in a kitchen. You also need to be able to stay calm and work as part of a team during a busy service. Accommodation can be provided. 

Part-Time Work


Kitchen Porters (Age 16+) – We are currently looking for a kitchen porter who can gain hands on experience in a busy kitchen. As part of our kitchen team you will assist the chefs in ensuring we maintain a clean and healthy environment for food preparation. Your primary responsibility will be to keep the kitchen clean and tidy, ensuring dishes and equipment are cleaned and ready for use and maintaining excellent standards of hygiene. This is a great way to start your career and work your way up in the restaurant. No experience needed, just a great work ethic and a can do attitude.

Apprenticeships Available


Kitchen Apprentice(s) – We have a fantastic record of bringing keen, young people into the catering industry and providing a training program which helps to teach the key skills required to become a chef and work in a busy kitchen environment. In addition, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a first class education program supported by Babcock International with the outcome being a formal qualification that is recognised throughout the wider industry.
