You MUST be aged 16+ to sign up for a membership and to be able to use the gym.

Once you’ve signed up, download the Gym Master App on your phone. This will give you access to the gym. Scan the QR code located on the turnstiles in the Country Club and the QR code at the gym door to gain access to the gym.

You will also receive a welcome email walking you through the steps of how to gain your access, as well as other important information.

As part of the signing-up process, you will receive an email with a link to an Introduction video. This will explain the health and safety policies within the facility, such as the location of fire exits and emergency evacuation procedures. It will go through the opening hours and will be there to answer your questions.

In addition to the introduction, a 30-minute Induction service is also available for £10. This service provides an opportunity to be shown how to use chosen pieces of equipment in the gym safely and effectively.

We’ve recently partnered up with GymMaster to provide all members with a mobile app through which they can manage their memberships! You can update personal details, payment information, and much more, all whilst at home or on the go.

We do not currently offer fitness classes as part of our memberships.

Yes! We have male, female, and accessible changing facilities, all with showers. We also have family and baby changing areas within both male and female changing rooms.

• Refer a friend to join the Country Club – you can do this by opening your members app, selecting ‘Portal’ from the menu, followed by ‘Account’, and then ‘Refer a Friend’. Then simply send a friend your referral link or your discount code

Eligibility: This offer is open to current members of The Gym at The Country Club who refer a new member (friend or family).

Reward: The referring member will receive one month of free membership once the referred member has completed two full and consecutive months of active membership.

Referred Member Requirements: The referred individual must be a new member who has not previously held a membership at The Gym at The Country Club (since July 2025 reopening).

Non-Transferable: The free month reward is non-transferable, has no cash value, and will be applied to the referring member’s next billing cycle, following completion of 2 month criteria.

Multiple Referrals: Members may refer multiple new members, and each successful referral will earn an additional free month, following the same conditions.

Yes. The sunbed is an exclusive member’s perk. You must be aged 18 or above the use the Sunbed. All members using the Sunbed MUST sign up for a yearly Sunbed Membership and complete their waiver form. The link for this page can be found in the ‘Spa’ drop-down tab.
