How much are Personal Training sessions?


For Country Club Members it is £20 per training session.

Ricky – Qualified Personal Trainer

Hi everyone, I’m Ricky. I work as a Personal Trainer at The Country Club Gym and I have been a member of the team for over 3 years.

So, a little bit about me. Having played football for the last 15 years, I’ve always been involved with fitness and the way I train has always varied.
For me, the more variety the better. Weightlifting, functional training, running, it does not matter how, I just love to train and be involved in helping others train.

Achieving your own fitness goals can sometimes seem difficult. There will always be barriers in your journey but by providing you with knowledge, motivation, and the support to overcome them, you can become a happier an more successful version of yourself.

Jenny – Qualified Personal Trainer

Hi I’m Jenny and I’m a new personal trainer here at the Country Club Gym.

I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years and enjoy all aspects of fitness from gym work like running and weightlifting to activities outside like horse riding and walking.

I currently hold the title for Miss UK Trained Figure in bodybuilding.

I am a busy working mum of 3 children so understand how difficult it can be to fit exercise into your weekly schedule.

My role as a personal trainer is to help you have structure, accountability, and most of all to motivate you. All these things combined can make your fitness goals achievable.
Over the past 3 years I have worked with clients of all age ranges and abilities with varied aims and goals.
The key to success is consistency, and having structure, planning and motivation helps make your fitness goals achievable.
