We have a range of thermal experiences including a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi to relax both the body and mind as well as a swimming pool to gently stretch any tension away, simply bring your swimwear and we’ll provide your towels and robes for the duration of your visit. With a range of treatments and luxury products, a visit here is the perfect way to unwind your busy mind. Our Spa Days have the option of a delicious light lunch on the lakeside terrace at Guy’s Café Bar and Restaurant. Why not make your day extra special and order a bottle of prosecco during your visit? Please note: Due to Covid-19 and current Government guidance we are currently unable to offer our full Spa Day packages. The sauna and steam room are also currently out of use.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a specialised form of deep tissue massage focused on athletes and individuals engaged in physical activity, high demand or strenuous work. Its primary aim is to prevent injuries, alleviate pain, and enhance performance or mobility.

Availability;

  • Monday 9:30am – 5pm
  • Wednesday 1:30pm – 5pm
  • Thursday 9:30am-5pm
  • Sunday 9:30am – 2pm

*Please note, sports massages will take place in the Temporary spa.
