We offer a range of both indoor and outdoor classes with a variety of exercises to suite all fitness levels and abilities. What is even better is our fitness classes are all ran by qualified Personal Trainers! They will guide you through each session and help you make the most of your class.

Here is a quick rundown of all the classes we have available and the benefits of each class.

Body Blast – This is a full body aerobic and toning workout it increases stamina and endurance, builds strength, increases energy levels, increases flexibility and is great for burning calories.

Fitness Pilates – This improves flexibility, increases muscle strength and tone particularly the core muscles of your body, balances muscular strength on both sides of your body and enhances muscle control of your back and limbs.

Boxercise – This is great for burning calories, improving coordination, reducing anxiety and stress, it creates better body composition and strength and is great cardio.

Circuit training– This is a simple to follow all over body workout, with the use of different stations, you will tone and strengthen muscles and improve your fitness.

Body tone– With the use of barbells and dumbbells, body tone will strengthen your entire body using challenging and effective exercises such as squats, lunges, lifts and curls.

Abs workout– This will work every angle of your core to define and sculpt the abdominals, obliques, and lower back.

Studio cycling– This is motivating and effective class. Studio cycling is a cardiovascular workout on our state-of-the-art indoor cycles which will push your fitness, whilst still allowing you to work to your own ability.
