Sports massage appointments are available every Thursday at The Country Club in Patrington, with both morning and evening slots to fit around your schedule. These targeted sports massage therapy treatments are designed to support injury prevention, pain management, muscle tightness, and post-exercise recovery, helping you move more freely and perform at your best. Each appointment costs £50 for up to 45 minutes, with treatment time tailored to the injury or problem being addressed. Owners and gym members receive 10% off their sports massage appointment.
