  • The Spa offers a wide range of treatments, including massages, ELEMIS facials, gel overlay, BIAB, ELEMIS Pedicure, eyelash extensions, waxing, and more. Visit the Spa page to view the treatment list.

  • We understand that genuine circumstances or an emergency can occur, forcing a booking to be cancelled.

    Please note that we do experience cancellations by a minority of customers at very late notice. The Spa at The Country Club reserves the right to apply a 50% deposit policy for those customers who repeatedly cancel an appointment at the very last minute, without a valid reason, or simply do not turn up. If you know in advance that you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can offer your appointment time to somebody else.

  • If you are a new client to the Spa, you will need a patch test for some treatments 48 hours before i.e. LVL treatments. Please contact the Spa to arrange this.

  • All bookings are made through our online bookings service at www.phorest.com/salon/patringtonhavenleisurepark. Please note that all bookings are subject to a 25% deposit to secure your appointment.
