Reflecting on the Park’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations!
The classic British weather did not dampen any spirits at the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations, the party was in full swing and it was fantastic to see so many families together enjoying Patrington Haven Leisure Park’s 5 star facilities and entertainment.
Local artist ‘Ella Monroe’ kicked off the Jubilee celebrations on Thursday evening, with live entertainment from 9pm.
Friday evening saw the return of ‘Venus’, this fantastic duo always put on a great show, and they certainly did not disappoint!
At award winning and family run, Patrington Haven Leisure Park, family events are always on the agenda! The Bank Holiday to mark the Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, saw a jam packed weekend of entertainment.
On Saturday 4th June Guy’s Café Bar & Restaurant hosted the ‘Jubilee Tea Party’ event, which saw Owners, friends and family come together in a traditional ‘street party’ fashion.
As Queen Elizabeth II celebrated her 70th year on the throne the team at Guy’s Café Bar & Restaurant offered a right royal celebration too!
The team at Guy’s Café Bar & Restaurant put on a fabulous ‘Great British picnic’ with freshly prepared sandwiches and delicious cakes it was well received by all.
Live entertainment from local artist Lilly Mckai took us through the decades with popular British songs.
Special thanks to Eddy Robinson who as an ex RAF member formally stationed at Patrington managed to secure a flypast by World War two plane the Hawker Hurricane, flown by Pilot Group Captain Matt Peterson, it was a fantastic sight, and appreciated greatly by all who attended the Jubilee celebrations.
